I had a unique stay at this resort that beautifully showcases Balinese culture. The room was spacious, with gorgeous antique furniture, but I encountered issues with cleanliness and an irritating emergency light that kept the room too bright. Additionally, there were some pesky ants in the room that made my experience a bit uncomfortable. On the other hand, the resort's overall vibe and food options were truly fantastic, making it a memorable stay despite the inconveniences.

The Deluxe room was spacious enough for four, but it wasn't cleaned properly and had ants. The emergency light made it too bright at night.

My stay at Lost Paradise Resort was simply unforgettable! The peaceful, tropical location offers a true escape from the bustle, and the atmosphere is absolutely enchanting. The staff genuinely made me feel at home with their warm smiles and helpful nature. While the dining experience was remarkable with authentic and delicious meals, a slight downside was that the cleaning service could have been more prompt. Overall, this place is a true gem where every moment feels thoughtful and unique.

The resort offers a spacious and relaxing atmosphere with great pools and a stunning breakfast buffet. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but some amenities were lacking, and the location is a bit isolated. Overall, it's a great place to unwind and enjoy the beach views, although you might find it less convenient for exploring the city.

Rooms

This resort is a hidden gem in Penang, offering a peaceful and authentic experience with beautiful views and a lovely breakfast. The staff is incredibly attentive, making for a relaxing stay. However, it's a bit isolated, so you're reliant on rides to access attractions and dining options, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Rooms
9.0
We stayed in a spacious sea-view corner suite, which was beautifully decorated with traditional wooden furniture. It had two balconies offering lovely views but could feel a bit dusty due to the rustic design.
Service
10.0
The service was outstanding; the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, which truly enhanced our experience.
Location
7.0
While the resort is close to the Floating Museum, it's somewhat isolated from the main attractions in Batu Ferringhi, requiring a car or ride service to get around.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was delightful, offering a good range of Asian and Western options, including fresh omelettes, which were my favorite.
Facilities
9.0
The resort had great facilities like a private beach and a swimming pool, which added to the overall relaxation.

Staying at Lost Paradise Hotel felt like a dream! The beautiful decor and warm hospitality made our stay truly special. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and the delicious variety of food. However, the location was a bit isolated, which made dining out challenging, especially with kids. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms

The rooms are beautifully decorated in a Bali-like theme and quite spacious, especially the Senja suite which was luxurious for our family of four.
Service
10.0
The service was exceptional. Mdm Bonnie Loo was an outstanding tour guide, and Mdm Mary Chew, the hotel manager, went above and beyond for us.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located in a bit of a remote area, not in Batu Ferringhi, so getting to restaurants or shops requires a car or ride-sharing, which is not ideal.
Dining
9.0
The variety of food was impressive, featuring many cultural dishes, and the dining experience was delightful.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities include a main pool and an infinity pool, though the latter can be challenging to find and is cooler than expected.
